Your baby’s sleep issue might just come down to this
Based on your quiz results, mama…
Your little one’s sleep schedule is likely just slightly off — and it’s throwing everything out of sync.
Too much awake time can lead to an overtired, wired baby who struggles to settle.
Too little awake time? That can cause a baby who just isn’t sleepy enough to fall asleep or stay asleep.
It’s a delicate balance — and even being off by 15–30 minutes can cause a domino effect of short naps, false starts, and early wake-ups.
“I can only fall asleep when Mama rocks me.”
“I need the pacifier to stay asleep.”
“If I wake up, someone will come hold me again.”
So when they wake between cycles (which every baby does), they panic.
They can’t settle without that same thing again.
That’s why you’re getting wake-up after wake-up after wake-up.
They don’t know how to fall back asleep on their own yet.
But don’t worry, Mama.
Because the truth is…
It’s not your fault…
Thousands of mamas feel like they’re “doing something wrong” when sleep gets hard.
But most were never taught how babies actually learn to sleep.
This isn’t about being a “better” mom.
It’s about giving your baby the tools to self-soothe and settle… so that both of you can rest.
You’re not broken. Your baby’s not broken.
You’re just missing a strategy.
Here’s what you can do about your baby’s sleep issue tonight:
Try shifting how your baby falls asleep.
Start by rocking or soothing until they’re calm, but not fully asleep.
Then, lay them down drowsy but still awake.
This helps them practice falling asleep on their own (without needing the exact same thing every time).
If they start to fuss, don’t panic.
Give them a minute to adjust before rushing in.
Then calmly pick them up, settle them again, and try once more.
This is how the learning begins.
It won’t be perfect overnight — but this is the very first step to breaking the cycle.

clear sleep support that transforms lives
“Your guide transformed our lives. With a new baby, we had no clue what we were doing and didn’t know babies that young needed nap routines. We struggled for 3 months rocking constantly every night. I was intimidated by all the sleep guides and courses available online and totally overwhelmed. I’m not a good sleeper myself and routine has never been my thing. One day I made the leap and bought your guide. It was so digestible, kind, and non-judgmental. It was exactly what I needed. We put everything in your guide into practice and our baby boy slept through the night after that. We never had to do any harsh, cry-it-out methods because of your guide, and now at 10 months he sleeps 12 hours a night, soothes himself when he has a nighttime waking, and naps like a champ. All this is to say thank you SO much for what you’re doing!”

Frequently Asked Questions
-
No, the 0–3 Month Newborn Foundations Course is not slep training.
This course includes basic baby sleep education and gentle, no-cry techniques to help you make progress with your newborn’s sleep during the “fourth trimester.” The Sleepfull Method of sleep training is included in the 4-18 Month Sleep Training Course, which is included in the “First 18 Months of Sleep” course bundle.
-
Sleep training is a behavioral intervention technique.
What does this mean? Most sleep issues for babies are behavioral or learned. This means a habit or sleep association was created at some point that the child needs to sleep. Common examples of this are feeding to sleep, rocking to sleep, using a pacifier to fall asleep, holding to sleep, etc. The Sleepfull Method of sleep training educates the parent on how to change their behavior around sleep in order to give the child the opportunity and time to learn to fall asleep with their own techniques with the support of the caregiver, rather than a hands on approach by the caregiver of putting the child to sleep. Our signature 3-phase, 14-day method walks you step-by-step through how to slowly transition from various sleep dependencies into falling asleep without hands on help, and how to handle bedtime, night wakings, naps, mornings, and the overall sleep experience to help your child begin sleeping 10-12 hours overnight, uninterrupted, and begin lengthening naps as soon as they're developmentally ready.

Infants 0–3 Months Old + Babies 4–18 Months Old
The Newborn Sleep Foundations course covers developmentally appropriate sleep basics in the “fourth trimester” that will help you learn exactly what to practice to lay a healthy sleep foundation before you begin sleep training. Once your child is at least 4 months old, they are ready to begin the 4-18 Month Sleep Training Course, as they are now developmentally able to learn the skills developed during sleep training, which leads to falling asleep and getting back to sleep independently. Though, sleep training can occur anytime you feel ready after your little one is 4-months old. The bundle includes education and guidance that remains important through early toddlerhood.
-
14 nights or less.
We’ve developed our signature, 14-day Sleepfull Method that will have your child sleeping through the night in just two weeks, when followed exactly and with 100% consistency. Parents who follow the plan “to a T” typically see vast improvements in sleep within just 2-3 nights of beginning the formal sleep training portion, though babies learn at different speeds and therefore, it can also take up to the full 14 days.
-
It's never too late, we've got you!
This course works for children anywhere between 4–18 months old. It doesn't matter where you are in your sleep journey or the age in that range when you’re beginning. However, if your child is already sleeping in a bed, we recommend getting our 18M-3Y Toddler Sleep Training Course, as that course includes a sleep training method for children who have transitioned out of the crib.

No. Not if you don’t want to!
There is no pressure to sleep train your baby if you don’t want to or you’re not comfortable doing so. We never encourage a parent to sleep train who doesn’t want to, because the results won’t be successful and nobody wants to feel frustrated only to end with an undesirable result! Advice for if you’re struggling with sleep but aren’t sure whether sleep training is right for you is to research as much as you can with the questions you have to make the best choice for your family. And remember, you can always change your mind and do it at any point in the future if that’s what you decide.
-
No, this course does not contain video content.
The First 18 Months of Sleep bundle includes access to the two top-selling courses by Sleepfull: The 0-3 Months Newborn Foundations Sleep Course and the 4-18 Months Sleep Training Course. The modules are housed in an online platform that allows you to go at your own pace, save your spot and return to where you left off, mark modules and lessons as complete, and search for various keywords inside the modules and lessons.
